Please remember to have an appointment scheduled prior to arrival. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.

We are still in the process of getting a dedicated number assigned for all Text messages relating to appointments. The program we are using requires proof and opt-out options for texting patients. So in the scheduling form, we are legally required to ask for either consent to receive appointment-related texts or if you would prefer to only receive messages via email.

WE require a phone number to ensure we have your most up-to-date information on your patient file. Providing your phone number DOES NOT mean you consent to receive text messages.

Consent is given or denied after.

  • You agree to receive text messages from the Muscle Therapy Clinic for messages related to your appointment.
  • You would prefer to only receive your notifications via email.

Once the Campaigns are approved, you will receive the text messages from a non-monitored number.

All text messages will include:

  • The appointment Date and Time
  • Our Address
  • Our website link
  • Our phone number
  • A cancellation link for the appointment.

Payment is taken at the time of the appointment. We accept

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Zelle
  • Credit Cards have a $2 processing fee added
